I help companies and creators navigate the complex world of intellectual property. I specialize in trademark and design registration in Estonia, the EU, and internationally, contract drafting, and dispute prevention and resolution.

I’ve been practicing IP law since 2000 and bring a unique mix of experience from Estonia’s leading IP firms, a top-tier law firm, and one of the country’s most successful global tech companies.

My experience spans landmark court cases as well as contributions to legislative processes, including the drafting of Estonia’s Trademarks Act and domain dispute regulations. I also speak at IP trainings and seminars, including in collaboration with the Estonian Patent Office.

I serve as a panelist for both the Estonian Internet Foundation’s Domain Disputes Committee and the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center. In addition, I’m a member of the Ethics Tribunal of the Estonian Chamber of Patent Attorneys.
